I just wanted to let you know that I have been in contact with Gerard Marino over the past week, assisting me in leasing my property in Crows Nest. I had previously engaged another real estate agency to assist me with finding a new tenant and was extremely disappointed with their slow response times, lack of customer service and poor follow up. Congrats on the sale of Chandos Street. I have recently purchased elsewhere, so i can now be removed from your database please. I do however want to pass on some comments about my dealings with you and your agency. I am a solicitor and my firm opens 25-50 property matters (sale/purchase/leasing) each month. As such, i have plenty of exposure to agents in a work capacity, and also through my recent enquiries as a purchaser.

You are without doubt the most professional in the Crows Nest area. Your weekly emails showing properties, and the regular feedback, the presentation of properties, and generally the whole approach taken by your agency leaves other agencies well behind. Even the phone call reminders – which admittedly can be annoying sometimes – are an accurate reflection of a well organised agent, doing the right thing by his vendor.

Thought i’d pass on those unsolicited comments. (Rare that i give agents a rap, but you seem to be doing most things pretty well, so congrats).

When we first arrived in Sydney, we had a relocation company assisting us and so we did not have the task of following up with realtors as we are doing now. It is quite a learning experience both in terms of the difference between Australia and the US systems and also in terms of the different individuals one meets. In such a diverse environment, we found you to be a very conscientious and professional person and it was a pleasure working with you.
